Running SLA Hot patch after R12 upgrade completed

We have encountered error when trying to create accounting for a few payments, and the solution is to run the SLA Hot patch.
We have run the SLA Hot patch a month ago -22 JUNE 2013-(suggested by the SR) for those payments that was in error ; SLA: INITIAL DATE FOR HISTORICAL UPGRADE profile option was set as December 2009, then we rerun it straight afterwards with Initial date set as May 09, and data was accounted successfully.
We now have some other payments with the same issue and we need to run the SLA Hot patch again as from 24 May 2006.
