Java running high CPU for a long time

I am not sure if this is the right forum to post my issue. I could not find the category that would be appropriate for my issue.

Anyway, the top -c command shows that a java process is stuck running 70 -90 CPU all the time and the system is 0% idle.

rottweiler:oracle> top -c
