Custom Report Access By Cost Center

 Dear Team,

We have custom reports for finance and other modules. we want to give access for user by restrict to  their cost center..

Ex : HR dept can run  only HR report ...   as cost center segment only HR value will list in  parameter and all other segment are visible and have access..

How we can setup this and all report should register self service page..
