oem12c DR host set up ..

I have an OEM 12c set up (all in 1 host, Rep DB, OMS, and agent etc).  I need to set up a DR host.  Can i just copy the DB, OMS and agent binaries to the new DR host along with oraInventory, oraInst.loc and oratab, set up the standby repository database on the DR host and customize the agent's emd.repositories file ? If this is not  recommended, could somebody give an oracle note, if any, or any other recommded path for this ?
