AutoVue Error

I am receiving an error when I try to open a CAD file.  I have my Default View set to Unifier Viewer and my FTO as Advanced.

I have used this function at several companies and never had an issue.  The error is:

Initialization failed.  Incompatible Client and server versions. 

client = 20.2.1

server = pre 20.2.1

An error occurred while connecting to the server.  Restart the applet?  If I select Yes, I get the same error.  If I select No, I get a blank screen. 

Has anyone had this error and can you please tell me what to do to fix it?  Thanks, Sheila
