Fixed order OP creation.

Hello Group,

Is there any way , where I can create 'OP' orders for fixed order qty with out MPS / MRP run ? I know IBOPC / IBOPV is been used to achieve this requirement thru MPS/ MRP run. I do wish to achieve this during manual standard purchase order (OP) creation. Is it possible ?? Please share your expertise.
