Imported Requisitions charge account is changed by account generator

I've created a number of requisitions using the Requisition interface table and import process. As part of this process, I've specified the ccid of the charge account that the requisition should use. The requisitions created have a status of Incomplete and therefore the nominated preparer needs to go into each requisition and complete them (and submit for approval). Once the requisition is loaded and the preparer chooses the 'Complete' button, the account generator is being activated and the account is being changed where the default account of the requestor is different to that of the requisition.
