How to display company logo (.jpg/.gif) in Excel o/p file from template (.rtf)

Hi All,
How to display company logo (.jpg/.gif) in Excel o/p file from the template (.rtf)
I am able to display logo in .pdf o/p but not able display on Excel o/p.
