Donor Agreement and Asset Management

Good Day!
I would like to gather your views/inputs/suggestions on the following scenario.
As part of a donor funded agency we have various contracts (customer) with member states who donate capital for specific purposes.
Most of the times the agreement contains clauses around the Assets that would be purchased/procured for that specific project being funded.
We are currently on FSCM 9.0/8.50.xx
We would like to know if there is a feature in PS AM that we could be used for Reporting purposes to identify such assets which need to be:
1. Return to Donor
2. Transfer to Project/NGO
