Siebel Loyalty (8.1.1.9) initail Setup steps....

Hi All,
  We have started with implementation of Siebel Loyalty on 8.1.1.9 application. Yesterday we have downloaded Loyalty licenses from Oracle and added them to the application. We would like to know what are the initial steps which we would need to perform in order to enable the Vanilla OOTB Loyalty.

We are not going to use eLoyalty portal , so please let us know which all server components, WFs, Web services are needed to enable OOTB loyalty.
