Difference between FMW Control and Grid Control & Query on Management Pack

Hi Experts.
Could anybody help me to understand the key differences between FMW Control and Grid Control?

Also point me out to a Note or Guide on Installing coherence Management Pack and Weblogic Server Management Pack?

What is the prerequisite on installing these management packs?

Is there any recorded Videos  on EM 12c Installation?
