Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. ORA-39111: Dependent object type OBJECT_GRANT:"C16452" skipped, base object type VIEW:"C16452"."H_ZIP_CD_DESC_V" already exists

Does the above error mean that base table for the view is in some other schema?
