Hi,

Please suggest best option for the following requirements.

1-      Automated email notification to the SR contact on SR closure (SR Status = Closed). 

2-      Automated email notification to SR contact when SR Sub Status = Soft-close

 Highly appreciate If someone can share detailed steps.
