When runs in root.sh scripts in on node nodeapps fail in 11g rac

Hello,

When runs in root.sh scripts in on node give some error:

ul 30 12:07:08 bccl2 last message repeated 5 times
CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.asm' on 'bccl2'
CRS-2676: Start of 'ora.asm' on 'bccl2' succeeded
CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.OCRVOTE.dg' on 'bccl2'
CRS-2676: Start of 'ora.OCRVOTE.dg' on 'bccl2' succeeded
/u01/11.2.0/grid/bin/srvctl start nodeapps -n bccl2 ... failed
FirstNode configuration failed at
