Create Concatenation in ZFS

Dear All,
I am new with ZFS. I have four LUN of 100 Gb each from my external storage and I want to create ZSF filesystem of 400Gb. Can you help me to provide the steps for concatenation all four 100 Gb LUN into single ZFS filesystem.
