Report Manager Templates VS General Ledger FSGXML Template *Why difference*

Hell group,

we are trying to use Report Manager, but the Excel extract takes too too long and freeze everytime.

We have to use this solution standard responsibility: General Ledger Super User and Program - Publish FSG Report

All the financial data, and negative, and formating is very good when using Report Manager, but again, extracting time is not acceptable by the client.

General Ledger Super User and Program - Publish FSG Report does not show the right sign in the Variance column. See attached 2 screen shots.

How can we make, or which template can we use so that the Program - Publish FSG Report will show the exact same formating as the Report Manager - Generic FSG Template?
