Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello All,

I am getting following error while creating star item in R12. Please help me.

The item segment used when creating configuration item number is not defined in the BOM parameter form.
