Mass source line transfer of CIP

Scenario:

Projects is not implemented

CIP cost are collected in Assets as cost adjustment to 1 asset. 

At the end of the project, the cost of the project is broken down into component assets based on a percentage of total cost.  This is not done at the source line detail level.

Can we use the Invoice Transfer API to transfer a percentage of each source line to other assets?

Example:

CIP cost of a building is $100,000

All the invoice source lines are added to 1 shell asset.

Prior to capitalization, we transfer $10,000 to an equipment asset regardless of source line and $20,000 to a roof asset.
