Smoking attestation - Help on how to handle this as set up in benefits

     The ES team has brought up the idea of requiring a smoking attestation during annual enrollment for calendar year 2015 (available in October of 2014). 

        So far the best we could come up with is:

            Do you smoke?

                        Yes – you see Plans A

                        No – you see Plans B

            Plans A would be a more expensive version of Plans B

      Does JDE have any built-in logic for this yet? or is this something we will have to look at to customize?
