BIP (OBIEE 11.1.1.7): Template Builder Error

Hello,

After installing the BI Publisher Desktop on a Co-workers laptop (Windows 7 32bit, running Office 2010 SP1), when he goes to the BI Publisher Ribbon, loads an sample xml and then clicks on the Field Button to start pulling fields in the template, following error pops up:

Method not found: ‘Boolean TBCommon.TBProperty.get_BvDefault()’

I have tried uninstalling, reboot, re-install but get the same error. The same exact setup works fine on my laptop.

Any ideas what causes this and how to fix?
