Page Numbers not working in RTF format but working fine in PDF format

Hi Experts,

 

I have a question/issue on page numbers. I have added the page numbers in the footer section using the standard word properties (Page 1 of 2)

 

When printing a range of invoices, the total page number for each invoice remains the same i.e. the total of all invoices. This happens when the report is printed in RTF format but doesn't happen in PDF format. So, when the same report is run in PDF format, the total page number for each invoice changes as it should based on the number of pages for that invoice only.

 

Example:

Report has 10 pages totally, and 4 invoices.
