Unable to create distributions

Hi,
Am unable to generate distribution lines when I attached specific project to AP invoice.
It's happenning only for specific Projects tasks.

Steps involved.
1) Invoice header information entered.
2) Entered Projects, Tasks and related information at header level.
3) Go to distribution. Throwing some tax error.
4) Distribution lines hasn't generated.
