Dropping Tablespace including datafiles -- will this cause fast start failover

we have the following configured for fsfo -- datafile offline.....yes --

Configurable Failover Conditions
  Health Conditions:
    Corrupted Controlfile          YES
    Corrupted Dictionary           YES
    Inaccessible Logfile            NO
    Stuck Archiver                  NO
    Datafile Offline               YES

my question:  i need to drop some tablespaaces this weekend...which will also drop the datafiles associated with them.... by doing this ...will this cause a fsfo to happen?
