OIE and Web Enabled Mobile Devices

My client has been using OIE for 2 years.  They would like to implement the product (OIE) for web-enabled mobile devices.  I have seen conflicting information as to if OIE expense reports and approvals can be used with mobile devices.  If so, which devices are supported by Oracle (i.e. iPhone, iPad, Blackberry, Android, etc.)?  Any assistance or clarity is much appreciated.
