About the Compensation Mgmt FAQ document Doc ID 1176813.1

While creating a SR for the Compensation Management module, I have read the  Doc ID 1176813.1 (Compensation Management FAQ) and one element of information as answered into that document does not seem clear to me. Below, an excerpt listing three of the Questions we can find in that document, quoted below:

"Question 1: What will be the impact if CMPSYNC is switched to "N" while the Compensation Workbench is active and then an Employee Master change is made? Will the "Final Review Updates" (R08832) cause any issues for the employee that was changed?     Answer 1: If CMPSYNC indicator is set to N, any changes made to F060116 will not be synced to the Worktables, therefore during Compensation review, any changes made to employee compensation through the employee master after the R08830 will not reflect in the workbench. Any Changes made directly into the Employee master will be overridden with the worktable values during compensation update (R08832)
