Custom TC is going in Error

Hi,
Custom TC is going in Error if we run this other than JDE user, means if i attached SYSADMIN role with the normal user than it goes successful.
But if SYSADMIN role is not attached with user so it goes in error.

Also i have checked the Security and i gave it Application Security as well as Exclusive Application Security but going in error.

Only TC running is successful when the user having the SYSADMIN Role.
