oms state is going to failed state

Hi,

While starting OSM we are getting the error saying java.lang.AssertionError: javax.management.InstanceNotFoundException: osm_domain:Name=osm_domain,Type=Domain,*.

Due to this server is not able to process orders as oms state is going to failed.

please take a look into the logs and provide any solution.
