Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

How can I narrow down the list of note types on SR level and on task level?

Should I delete the relevant record in note type mapping (since I found I cannot use the end date on the ones marked as seeded)?

If so what does the ‘seeded’ field means?
