Creating a report with work orders + Req's and Po's

I am trying to create a report with selecting work orders that are complete and finding the Purchase Order or Requistion number and whether it is closed, Cancelled or rejected. This is to assit the maintenance clerk in finding the reason a work order once completed will not close because of a open po or requisiton.
