BI Publisher 11.1.1.7.0 Desktop Installation Error

Hi,

We have installed BIP 11.1.1.7.0 (standalone) on Linux server

On my local machine I tried to install BIP Desktop Client(Template Builder).

Details of OS/Software on the local machine:
OS : XP professional
MS-Word :2010/32 bit
JRE : jdk1.6.0_41
MS .NET Framework 3.5 with SP1

The installlation completes without any error message.However on using it to create templates the window screen show unusal messages.
The screenshot are attached.

Please let me know what is causing this issue or any pre-requisite that we have neglected.
