Return Budget via Finally Close

 Dear all
   Please kindly clarify if I choose to finally close purchase requisition then the budget will be return or I have to check un-reserve budget and also do the finally close. 
  And if I finally close the purchase requisition then I can return to check unreserve if I forgot to check unreserve.

Please kindly help.
