Pricing -Prmo codes - Coupons -exclusions issue

Hi 

I have an issue on Oracle Pricing Promotions/Coupons. I am unable to find a solution to address the below scenario, I would really appreciate if any one can give some idea on this.

- We sell "Configured" Products, all order lines would have more than 1 configured products, we do have some regular discounts that we apply .. so far so good.

Now our business wants to issue some promotion/coupons for some special products,

for example, we have products A, B, C and D (assume configured products, PTO-ATO structure) 

If a customer buy A and B products together, and if they want to issue a coupon, which is fine,...... but if a customer places an order in the row of line 1. D and line  2. B and Line 3. A and Line 4. C products and if they  use the coupon/promo code, how would I control the discount not getting applied to all products where as it should get applied only to Product A and B?
