Please be aware of the following issue when upgrading/installing to EM 12.1.0.3 (MOS 12.1.0.5 Plugin) where proxies/firewalls are involved) :

Note 1572966.1: My Oracle Support Not Accessible After Upgrade To EM Cloud Control 12.1.0.3
