Deliver To locations in iPro

We have payroll locations setup that show up as valid Deliver To locations in iPro.  I am trying to suppress them - but when I try to deactivate the receiving and deliver to flags, the system won't allow me.  Even if I tie the payroll location to a valid Deliver To location, it still shows the payroll location in iPro as a selection.  How do I change this so these addresses aren't in iPro???
