Outlook integration download CRM OD

Hi,

I could swear that at one time I could select multiple emails within Outlook and then click on the "Add to CRM On Demand" (plugin) button and have it select them for download to CRM.

I no longer can do this.

Was I dreaming that this could or can be done?  It may have been on a different version of Microsoft Outlook (2007 or 2010) the last time I did it - I am not sure.

Anyone aware of this?
