Windows 7 and IE9

My system configuration is

System Components -Application - 11.5.10.2 CU2
Database - Oracle 9.0.2.7.0
Application Server - Oracle 9iAS 1.0.2.2.2 rollup 4
Web Server - Apache 1.3.19
Forms Server - Oracle Forms 6.0.8.27.0
Workflow - 2.6.0
Jinitiator - 1.3.1.28

At present I am using XP(SP2) and IE 6 where the application works fine..

I am trying to access the application using Windows 7 and IE9...With  IE9 I GET THE BELOW ERROR--
