Error when installing BI Publisher (OBI 11.1.1.7)...

 Hello,

when installing OBI 11.1.1.7 , i have this error :

         Error in writing to file '/plugins/oracle.security.jps.was.deployment.jar'. [/plugins/oracle.security.jps.was.deployment.jar (No such file or directory)]

I can skip error and continue the installation. i can start server and connect to BI Publisher.

I need  to  know  if this  error is critical ? my i have the reinstall
