Lockbox Line Level Cas Application removes records when record is unidentified

When running lockbox validation process and the record is unidentified the unidentified record gets removed from the interface table when the line level cash application is set to 'Oracle Lease Management' and the associated records are marked as unidentified. The record does not get removed with the line level cash application is set to 'None'. The transaction source has the Generate Line Level Balances set to Yes. Has anyone seen this issue before. My client is going live in 5 weeks and this could be a show stopper if this issue is not resolved.
