Menu Design in Solution Explorer - How To Promote Tasks and Task Relationships

Hi,

I created some Tasks and Task Relationships in Menu Design in Solution Explorer and I usually find these end up in my default project where I can promote them upwards through the envrionments. I am using V9.1, Tools Release 9.1.2.1 and this isn't happening.

How can I get the Tasks and Task Relationships into a project after I create them?

I tried to use OMW to find them but haven't been successful yet.
