How HR: Security Profile impacts AR module

Hi All,
I would like to understand how HR: Security Profile impacts Fin modules in R12?

Here is my configuration:

I have one Ledger LDGR.
I have two Operating Units OU1 and OU2 tied to this Ledger. Both Operating Units belong to the same Business Group BG.
I have two responsibilities AR OU1 and AR OU2.
I have created one security profile HRBG with Top Organization as Business Group BG.
I have assigned this as HR:Security profile HRBG to AR OU1 responsibility.
I have created one more security profile with HROU2 as the only organization in the profile and assigned it to AR OU2 responsibility.
