Interface Hyperion Public Sector Budgeting and Planning to Oracle Projects Budgets

Can we integrate Hyperion PS Budgets with Oracle Projects cost and revenue budgets? Can we use the Project Management budget APIs to interface the Hyperion budgets to PJB approved cost and revenue budgets?
