ORA-01565: error in identifying file '/u08/RBFTEST/oradata/system01.dbf'

Hi,

I have recently tryied to clone once databse other database but we got error like below

SQL> @/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.2/dbs/create1.sql
CREATE CONTROLFILE REUSE DATABASE "PRMIHRS7" RESETLOGS  ARCHIVELOG
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01503: CREATE CONTROLFILE failed
ORA-01565: error in identifying file '/u08/RBFTEST/oradata/system01.dbf'
ORA-27048: skgfifi: file header information is invalid
Additional information: 11

source is :hpux 11.31 db version is 11.2.0.2

target is linux x86_64 bit version

Please let us know if any one troubleshoot steps.
