Material Status doesnt Work to restrict the Sub Inventroy Transfer ??

 Hi ALL, I have settled the Material Status and disallowed the Transfer Sub Inventory Transfer and enables the Usage as the Sub Inventory and Locater. 

Then I have maked a seprate Subinventory and gives the Status of this Sub Inventory as we had maked. The System does not allowed me to make the Sub Inventory at None as the Locater Control becaue while I am trying to saving the Sub Inventory this Organization is WMS enabled and hence It does allowed to have Sun Inventory without Locater so I have selected the Locater Control as the Prespecified and Default Status as the Material Status which I have been maked.
