Onhand Quantity is 8.22 Available qty is null

Hi,

We have one item, which was Shipped and the Sales Order is closed.

But System is still showing the On hand qty. If I try to Misc out, then system says that Available qty is null.

When I see it  in the Inventory Pending Transaction form, the quantities are shown with the transaction Status - Allocated

But in the Move Order transaction form, I cannot Un allocate it since records are not showing there.

How to clear this hanging Quantity?
