Work Flow on Field Name

Hi All

I have set up a work flow to send an email when there is activity on a particutar account.  I have now been asked to add some more accounts do I have to a work flow for each one?  I have tried the following but it does not seem to work:

FieldValue('<AccountName>') = "Dukes Course" or "Moray Golf Club" or "Cruden Bay Golf Club" or "Gleneagles Hotel Golf Club" or "Carnoustie Golf Links" or "Fairmont St Andrews Scotland Golf Course" or "Fairmont St Andrews Scotland Golf Course" or " The Club Company" or "Crown Golf" or "Bromley Mytime" or "De Vere Golf" or "Marriott Golf" or "Burhill Golf and Leisure"
