Resource Cost

Hi,

I have one resource whose Per Hour Rate is Rs.10 & Overhead Rate for that Resource is Rs.100 per hour

I can process multiple assemblies in this resource at any point of time & Once Assemblies are loaded in this Resource it will take 40 hrs to process those assemblies.

Now If I process 10 qty of particular assembly then my cost will be 40*10+40*100=4400 since in Routing Resource basis is lot

If I process 100 qty of single Assembly then also my cost will be 4400

If I process 20 qty of Assembly A, 40 qty of Assembly B & 20 Qty of Assembly C then my cost will be 4400 for each job. Here my actual operational cost is 4400 for all the three Disrcete Jobs.
