When running adpatch getting:
AutoPatch error:

The row in FND_PRODUCT_INSTALLATIONS with
application_id = 435 and oracle_id = 435 has an invalid status.


AutoPatch error:
Failed getting PDI list for product 'fun'

AutoPatch error:
aipspv(): Error setting up PDI list for upgrade
