Multiple journal posted when one is selected for posting

Hello team,

I captured 2 invoices from payables. One was approved while the other's approval status is initiated. They both got transferred to GL as UNPOSTED journals.

I then selected the approved one to be posted to GL. Once i clicked on post and requeried, both transactions status had changed to "POSTED". What could have caused these 2 journals to be posted when i only reviewed the approved one and posted it only.
