Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hello

When Processing Lockbox, the process ends in error and the error is

Error: Default receipt profile assignment has a invalid profile. Please attach a valid profile

We are stuck here. Coul someone point us in the right direction as the Profiles are valid and have no end dates etc.
