Contract Question --

Hello,

We have the below mentioned scenario.

1. Machine with serial number is owned by our own organization.

2. The machine is given on lease to customer, and usage based agreement is decided with the end customer.

3. We can use USAGE based contracts and use the counter functionality to track on the usage, however the contract which will be created will be between my organization (Vendor) and the end customer (Customer). When trying to enter the serial number against the usage in the subline, the system is not pulling any data as in Install Base the owner is showing as our organization and not the end customer.
